Co-Founder / CEO

Jon is CrowdOptic co-founder, CEO, and served as co-founder and CEO of Bharosa (Oracle NASDAQ: ORCL), NetClerk (BidClerk) and AutoReach (AutoNation NYSE: AN). Jon is a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year, Award (Emerging Category, 2007), and is a prolific inventor, named on 53 patents globally. Jon lives in Marin County, CA with his wife and daughter.

Tony Wu

Chief Financial Officer

Tony is CrowdOptic CFO and brings nearly two decades of experience from within the finance and technology industries. He has served as head of finance at numerous venture-backed software companies, including Bharosa (Oracle NASDAQ: ORCL), Agistix, and NetClerk (BidClerk). Tony lives with his wife and three sons in Lafayette, California.

Jim Redfield

James Redfield

SVP of Engineering

Jim is CrowdOptic Senior Vice President of Engineering. He re-joins his former colleagues from Bharosa after six years at Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL), where he managed development for the Oracle Adaptive Access Manager product. Jim brings over 30 years of experience and has held senior positions with several startups in Silicon Valley. Jim holds a Ph.D. in Zoology and has worked as a Senior Research Scientist with CSIRO in Australia. Jim lives with his wife in Boise, Idaho.

Jim Kovach

Jim earned his medical degree during a seven year career as middle linebacker for the New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49rs. After retiring from the NFL, he obtained his law degree and since then has worked in a variety of entrepreneurial settings from venture backed startups to independent research institutes. He lives in Marin County with his wife Nora.

Rich is CrowdOptic Vice President of Product and manager of partner integration. Rich's career has been focused on building web-based products and applications for the past 15 years. He is an entrepreneur at heart and re-joins his former Bharosa (Oracle NASDAQ: ORCL) colleagues at CrowdOptic from Microsoft. Rich lives north of Seattle, WA with his wife and 2 children and enjoys playing hockey.

Keri is CrowdOptic Vice President of Sales. She joins CrowdOptic from Endologix (NASDAQ: ELGX) where she served as Global Director, Professional Education, and was previously at Covidien Neurovascular (Medtronic plc, NYSE: MDT) where she served as Director, Global Training and Development. Keri has led sales teams on both West and East coasts from 2005-2010, and brings 12+ years experience as a sales professional in the medical device industry. Keri resides with her family in Danville, California.

Austin is a software engineer with CrowdOptic. A former member of the Bharosa team (Oracle NASDAQ: ORCL), he has nearly 15 years of experience creating web applications and has handled everything from writing instructional books on coding technique to building social networking and eCommerce sites. Austin lives in San Francisco and is the proud father of two.

Josh is a senior software engineer with CrowdOptic. He is formerly of Oracle (Oracle NASDAQ: ORCL) and Bharosa, where he helped develop Oracle Adaptive Access Manager. With 19 years of software development experience, he has worked on several projects in various fields including access management, database marketing, and biotech. Josh enjoys brewing beer and lives near Charlotte, NC.

Luke oversees analytics and algorithm development for CrowdOptic. He previously served as a lead engineer with Bharosa (Oracle NASDAQ: ORCL) and at Oracle he assisted with the integration and development of Oracle Adaptive Access Manager. Luke enjoys building model rockets and lives in the California Inland Empire.

Olga is a Senior Software Engineer with CrowdOptic. She joined CrowdOptic from Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) where she served as Sr. Software Engineer, and Adchemy (NYSE: WMT) where she served as Lead Java Engineer. Olga has 10+ years experience in object oriented analysis, design and development of web, enterprise and client/server applications. Olga resides in Redwood City, California.

Safiya is CrowdOptic Lead QA Engineer. She re-joins her former colleagues of Bharosa after seven years at Oracle, where she worked as Senior QA Engineer for the variety of products including the Mobile Security products. She has over 20 years of experience in the field, and worked for a range of companies in past, including the security giant Kaspersky Lab and the telecom software vendor Amdocs (formerly jNetX). She lives with her husband and three lovely children in Sunnyvale, California, and enjoys the outdoor activities such as hiking and camping.
