Ken is CrowdOptic's Non-Executive Chairman. He is also the Vice Chairman and Founder of OneSpan, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSPN). OneSpan has been public on the NASDAQ since 1997, and has over 10,000 customers, representing more than 60% of the world's top 100 banks including Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Chase and Citibank. OneSpan employs more than 750 professionals in 23 countries, and has main offices in Chicago, Montreal, Brussels and Zurich, with many regional offices for local support. Ken brings decades of fraud management, digital onboarding, transaction management and e-signature experience, as well as deep knowledge of regulated industries including financial services, banking, insurance and government.

Jon is CrowdOptic co-founder and CEO. Prior to CrowdOptic, Jon was co-founder and CEO of Bharosa (Oracle NASDAQ: ORCL), an enterprise software security company that developed the product known today as Oracle's Adaptive Access Manager. Jon served as an Oracle Vice President. Previously, Jon was co-founder and CEO of NetClerk (Roper Technologies: NYSE ROP), one of the first SaaS providers known for creating the online construction permit, and co-founder and CEO of AutoReach (AutoNation NYSE: AN), the first company to enable real time car sales from existing inventories. Jon is a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award (Emerging Category, 2007), and is a prolific inventor, named on more than 100 patents issued and pending worldwide. Jon spoke of a path of least resistance building software companies in a University of San Francisco commencement address, which has been viewed more than five million times and will be the subject of a book by John Wiley & Sons, Inc. coming in the fall of 2021. Artwork of Jon's speech sold at auction as the 89th most valuable NFT on April 29, 2021. Jon serves on President-elect Biden's National Finance Council. Jon lives in Marin County, CA with his wife and daughter.

Tony is CrowdOptic CFO and brings nearly two decades of experience from within the finance and technology industries. He has served as head of finance at numerous venture-backed software companies, including Bharosa (Oracle NASDAQ: ORCL), Agistix, and NetClerk (Roper Technologies: NYSE ROP). Tony lives with his wife and three sons in Lafayette, California.

Rich is CrowdOptic Vice President of Product and is responsible for driving product strategy and partner integrations. Rich's career has been focused on building web-based products and applications for the past 20 years. He is an entrepreneur at heart and re-joins his former Bharosa (Oracle NASDAQ: ORCL) colleagues at CrowdOptic from Microsoft. Rich lives north of Phoenix, AZ with his wife and 2 children and enjoys playing hockey.

Austin is the VP of CrowdOptic Labs and Principal Software Engineer with CrowdOptic. A former member of the Bharosa team (Oracle NASDAQ: ORCL), he has nearly 15 years of experience creating web applications and has handled everything from writing instructional books on coding technique to building social networking and eCommerce sites. Austin lives in San Francisco and is the proud father of two.

Josh is the VP of Systems Architecture at CrowdOptic. He is formerly of Oracle (Oracle NASDAQ: ORCL) and Bharosa, where he helped develop Oracle Adaptive Access Manager. With over 20 years of software development experience, he has worked on several projects in various fields including access management, database marketing, and biotech. Josh enjoys brewing beer and lives with his wife in Knoxville, TN. Go, Vols!

Luke oversees analytics and algorithm development for CrowdOptic. He previously served as a lead engineer with Bharosa (Oracle NASDAQ: ORCL) and NetClerk (Roper Technologies: NYSE ROP). At Oracle he assisted with the integration and development of Oracle Adaptive Access Manager. Luke enjoys building model rockets and lives in the California Inland Empire.

Sachin is lead quality assurance engineer for CrowdOptic. He re-joins his former colleagues of Bharosa after ten years at Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL), where he worked as a QA engineer for the Oracle Adaptive Access Manager and Oracle Identity Cloud Service products. Sachin resides with his family in Fremont, California.

Nandini is a Quality Assurance Engineer / Test Lead with CrowdOptic. She re-joins her former colleagues of Bharosa after seven years at Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL), where she worked as a QA Engineer for Oracle's Adaptive Access Manager product. Nandini resides in Cupertino, California.

Brian is the Engineering Support Manager for CrowdOptic and supports our close partner, National Bioskills Laboratories in San Francisco, Dallas and Pittsburgh. Formally studio manager for a prominent San Francisco casting agency and for White Light Inc, the studio of artist Jim Campbell. A Phase One Certified Professional, Brian brings 15+ years of film production, still photography and Digitech experience to the team. Brian lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children.
